Case · Job board · High traffic
300,000 visits a month in search of a job.
(01) The challenge
A classifieds listing that became an essential service.
EmpregaCampinas continuously publishes job openings across the metropolitan region, from production operators and technicians to drivers and kitchen professionals, always with schedule and reference code. It gets 300,000 monthly visits from people looking for work, many of them on mobile and with limited connections. The portal needed to be fast and direct, while also supporting sponsored listings and advertising without hurting search.
The goal was to create a fast, simple job platform, with agile publishing for the team, easy search for candidates, and commercial spaces that generate revenue without cluttering the experience.
Responsive design
Job seekers search from their phones.
The right job can't hide behind a slow site. On mobile, the listing loads fast, the job opens directly, and the path to applying is short.
(02) The approach
Speed for those who can't wait.
Publishing flow
Jobs come in all day long, with code and schedule: the template standardizes and speeds up the publisher's work.
Efficient listing
The candidate scans dozens of jobs in a few minutes. Title, city, and salary follow an easy-to-recognize visual pattern.
Performance under volume
300,000 monthly visits demand lightweight pages and disciplined caching: the portal handles the Monday traffic spike.
Integrated monetization
Advertising and featured jobs coexist with search without hijacking the experience.

Project FAQ
Frequently asked questions about this case.
What did WebOption deliver in this project? +
The portal platform: listing and job templates, publishing flow for the team, a channel for advertising companies, an advertising structure, and the WordPress technical foundation sized for 300,000 monthly visits.
Why does speed matter so much on a job portal? +
Because candidates usually access it from their phones, sometimes on a limited connection, and compare dozens of jobs a day. Every second of waiting is one less candidate, and less exposure for the advertisers' listings.
How does the portal balance ads and experience? +
With commercial spaces defined in the templates: advertising and featured jobs have a reserved place, without pushing content down or interrupting search. The advertiser gets visibility; the candidate finds what they need.
Can I get a similar result for my portal? +
Yes. Every project starts with a free diagnostic where we assess the performance, SEO, and monetization of your current site. From there, we design a platform that serves audience and revenue at the same time.
