Job seekers can't afford to wait on a slow page.
Hora do Emprego DF publishes daily job openings from Brasília for general services assistants, interns, apprentices, people with disabilities, remote work professionals, and public exam candidates. Access happens mainly through mobile phones, sometimes on limited connections, and each person compares dozens of opportunities per day. Since the portal depends on search and repeat visits, LCP, INP, and CLS influence both access to job listings and candidates' return visits.
The goal was to audit and optimize the portal's Core Web Vitals, making listing and job pages fast and stable without interrupting daily publishing.
