Project FAQ
Frequently asked questions about this case.
How long did it take to launch the portal? +
The portal was built in phases: information architecture and design, the store directory with categories, cinema and store owner portal integration, and launch with local SEO. Delivery was modular, allowing each area to go live in a controlled way.
How does the real-time cinema schedule work? +
The schedule, trailers, and next showtime are integrated with Cineflix, displaying the movies currently showing and taking the user directly to ticket purchase: always up to date, with no manual work for the team.
Can the mall's team update the portal on their own? +
Yes. The portal uses WordPress with Elementor, allowing them to register stores, publish events, swap campaign banners, and write blog posts with visual editing, without relying on code.
What is the integrated store owner portal? +
It's the bridge to the external store owner system, giving store owners access to dedicated information and services directly from the mall's own portal.
